Selection Process:

Central
Bank of India Apprentice Selection Process:

The Central Bank of India Apprentice selection process consists of three
main stages: an Online Written Examination, a Local Language Test, Document
Verification. Candidates must qualify in each stage to proceed.

1. Online Written Examination

Candidates must first clear an objective-type online exam consisting
of 100 questions carrying 100 marks. The exam typically tests the following
sections:

General/Financial Awareness

General English

Quantitative Aptitude

Reasoning Ability

2. Local
Language Test

To ensure
apprentices can effectively communicate with local customers, candidates must
pass a proficiency test in the official language of the state or Union
Territory they applied for. This is a qualifying stage, meaning candidates
just need to pass rather than score high marks.

3.
Document Verification

Candidates who
successfully qualify the online exam are shortlisted for DV. During this
phase, the bank verifies original certificates to ensure the candidate meets
the core eligibility requirements (e.g., graduation degree from a recognized
university and age between 20 to 28 years).

4.
Medical Fitness

Final engagement is
subject to the candidate being declared medically fit according to the bank’s
requirements.

Post-Selection

Upon successful
completion of all stages, candidates are issued a digital apprenticeship
contract via official government portals like National Apprenticeship
Training Scheme (NATS) or the BEEP Portal (BFSI SSC). Selected apprentices receive a
monthly stipend of ₹15,000 for the one-year training duration.

“Register” and select “Candidate.”

3. Fill in your basic details,
verify your mobile number, and complete the registration.
