Ahead of their reported July 3 wedding, a report by Page Six, claims that the couple exchanged vows privately before their planned star-studded celebrations.“They are already married,” one source told Page Six.

Another music industry source based in Nashville also claimed that the city was “abuzz” with reports that the couple, had “already got legally married.”The report comes after reports claimed that officials familiar with the New York State marriage licence process said there had been “no sign of a Swift license within recent days,” adding, “we would know.”Under New York law, a marriage licence is valid for 60 days after issuance and typically requires a 24-hour waiting period before a legal ceremony can take place, although that waiting period can be waived by a judge.

The news portal also cited another source who admitted that there were rumours that the couple’s private ceremony may have taken place in Tennessee, where Swift moved as a teenager while pursuing her songwriting career.Those tracking Taylor’s private jet details have also noted that the aircraft had been making several stops at locations where Taylor and Travis’ family reside. This has fuelled further speculation that a private ceremony may have already taken place in June.
